A GIS-Based Probabilistic Spatial Multicriteria Roof Water Inrush Risk Evaluation Method Considering Decision Makers’ Risk-Coping Attitude

A combination of geographic information system (GIS) and spatial multicriteria decision making (MCDA) in mine water inrush risk evaluation is widely used, but the randomness process index weight determination risk-coping attitude makers are not considered process. Therefore, this paper proposes a probability-based roof method (GIS-MCDA) by combining Monte Carlo analytic hierarchy (MAHP) ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator. This uses MAHP to determine indicators, reducing (AHP) indicators using OWA operator quantify five attitudes incorporate into Taking Liangshuijing Coal Mine northern Shaanxi as an example, application GIS-MCDA showed that makes results more objective comprehensive reduces or avoids due human subjective tendency change.
